For guests getting to the park with their own (or rented) vehicle you will find a pleasant surprise once you park. Disney provides a free tram service to the front of the park! (Or at least to the ticketing center.)
Arguably this is the first ride you board when you arrive at a Disney Park and the last ride before you leave. I remember riding the tram as a child (before they had doors) waiting for the U-turn and feeling like we were traveling so fast around the corners! (even though top speed is only 14 mph). The open air design of these vehicles helps contribute to the sense of speed and once you starting moving the breeze is a welcomed relief on a hot day!

♢As you enter the parking lot follow the painted stripe on the ground to the parking area.
♢Be courteous to the parking attendants, follow instructions and drive slow.
♢There is a speed limit o f 15 mph in the parking lots and people DO get speeding tickets! (Even at Disney)
♢One you are instructed to enter a row "please fill in all available space by moving to the end of your row."
♢Once parked, walk IN FRONT OF YOUR CAR, not behind it. Other vehicles are entering behind you.
♢No need to run. There is always a tram close behind.
