Last night was a fun night! My wife and I got to test out Playmation: Avengers at our local Disney store. Currently there are only 400 units available for public testing so it was a fun surprise that they had 2 in store to trial! I felt like we were at the E3 convention!
What is Playmation? Read more to find out: For guests getting to the park with their own (or rented) vehicle you will find a pleasant surprise once you park. Disney provides a free tram service to the front of the park! (Or at least to the ticketing center.) Arguably this is the first ride you board when you arrive at a Disney Park and the last ride before you leave. I remember riding the tram as a child (before they had doors) waiting for the U-turn and feeling like we were traveling so fast around the corners! (even though top speed is only 14 mph). The open air design of these vehicles helps contribute to the sense of speed and once you starting moving the breeze is a welcomed relief on a hot day!
Here are a few great tips to parking, and riding the tram: One of the best quick service dining experience Disney has created is at the Be Our Guest Restaurant at The Magic Kingdom. Whether it was in the original concept to offer quick service lunch or not I'm not sure. We were invited to test the quick service option before it was launched to the general public a while back and we have been back several times since. Lunch at Beast's Castle is one of the most unique and advanced dining experience to date!
Remember 3,2,1Many people find the new FastPass+ difficult to understand... And it is. Personally I find it ironic standing in line at the FastPass+ kiosk to reserve my spot in another line. When it comes to a parade there is no doubt that the most important thing you can do is pick your spot, and pick your spot early. People start lining the curbs on Main Street U.S.A. hours before the parades start. Here are our top 5 spots you can usually walk up to at the last minute and have a great view of the parade: Its hard to come by free things on a Disney vacation aside from napkins and sore feet. However, if you plan ahead there are some perks you can take advantage of to get the most out of your time leading up to your park visit.
