It's true... All of it.
A small ice cream company out of New York called Ample Hills Creamery is gaining national attention as Disney CEO Bob Iger lends them a helping hand to produce two signature flavors which could soon 'Awaken' at Disney's Boardwalk Resort.
What's the scoop?
The Light Side: a bright marshmallow ice cream with homemade crispie clusters, as well as a smattering of handmade cocoa crispies (to represent the dark side still lurking within the light)
The Dark Side: by contrast, is an ultra-dark chocolate ice cream with espresso fudge brownies, cocoa crispies, and white chocolate pearls (to represent the light still hiding in the dark, waiting to burst through)

Ample Hills Creamery is currently selling the two signature Star Wars Flavors in packs of 4 for $36. Because of the high demand they pre-fill the in store pick up date, or ship date for the next available batch. I went on the site today and there was a 4 day waiting period before my case would ship.
$36 might seam like a good price. However, my shipping cost was and additional $37... food for thought. If you don't want to drop $20 per pint on a signature Dark Side flavor you might be in luck! Rumors are floating around that Disney may feature these two flavors at the Boardwalk Resort "a long time a go in a galaxy far far away, but somehow in the future."
But if you just cant wait... here's the link to buy your own 4 pack:
